True North Living was created from a simple belief:
People with developmental disabilities deserve more than a place to live. They deserve a home.
Our organization was born from firsthand experience navigating systems that were often fragmented, impersonal, and focused more on managing people than truly supporting them. After experiencing dissatisfaction with existing residential options and witnessing how difficult it could be to find a setting that provided both safety and meaningful independence, we decided to create something different.
True North Living was built on the belief that a residential home can be safe, well-organized, professionally operated—and still feel like a home.
